The Bradford County Bobcats notched a 3-1 victory over the Montreal Titans on Friday in eight innings.

With the game tied at one, the Bobcats scored two runs in the top of the seventh to get the victory.

Towanda's Mason Roof went seven innings on the mound, striking out 12 and allowing just five hits, one unearned run and three walks.

Towanda's Zach Place got the save, striking out one and allowing one hit in a scoreless eighth inning. Place had two hits and an RBI in the win and Wyalusing's Joey Champluvier and Logan Hitchcock, Northeast Bradford's James Zajac and Athens' Adam McCauley each had hits in the game.

Hitchcock added an RBI in the game and Champluvier, Sayre's Taylor Skerpon and Kye Novak of Wyalusing each scored runs in the game.

Champluvier's hit was a double and Skerpon and Towanda's Brandon Dinelli each had stolen bases in the game.
