Tim Bassett had a double-double while teammate Eddie Larcom earned his 500th career assist to lead Canton past Williamson 70-45 in NTL crossover boy's basketball action Friday.

Bassett finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds while Larcom added 14 points, nine assists and three steals.

Emmett Watson chipped in with 15 points and six boards while Wes Moore netted 11 points with three steals. Mason Moore had eight points with two blocks, Jesse Lattimer scored four while Dylan Fleet added two.

Troy Adriance's 22 points, including six threes, led Williamson while Kyle Haight had 16. Canyon Black scored three with Shea Daley and Daltyn Confer scoring two points each.

Wyalusing 55, North Penn 45

The Rams jumped out early and held off a strong Panther fourth quarter to pick up the crossover NTL win Friday.

Wyalusing led 43-26 heading into the final period. North Penn would out score them but couldn't get over the hump.

Jeremy Allyn led the Rams with 19 points Dylan Bulick added 11 and Cody Pickett had 10.

Dustin Shaw netted nine while Shane Salsman had two.

Dayton Wood led the Panthers with 12 points while Cody Crum scored nine. Dan Prouty added eight, Ryan Bogaczyk netted seven, Kaynen Arredondo picked up six, Jordan Orantes netted two while Brad Brubaker scored one.

North Penn won the JV game.

The Panthers will be taking on Liberty in the first round of the boy's Christmas Tournament next Friday.

Mansfield 74, Troy 52

The Tigers out scored Troy 34-22 in the second half to secure the NTL crossover win Friday.

Dallas Dziuba had a double-double of 10 points and 12 boards while also blocking four shots for the Tigers while Reece Correll netted 20 points with five steals.

Taylor Hillson added 19 points with seven boards while Bo Burleigh had 13 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Sam Rotella scored eight points with Chandler Correll netting four.

Brandon Mattocks led Troy with 19 points while Evan Polly chipped in with 16. Chad Cole scored eight, Ryan Reeves netted six while Gage Burns scored three.

Mansfield won the JV game behind 36 points from Bryce Zaparzynski.

The Tigers will face Johnson City in the Coaches vs Cancer Tournament next week.

Notre Dame 76, Candor 41

The Crusaders had three players reach double figures in scoring as they continued to remain undefeated on the season in IAC boy's basketball action Friday.

Tom Agan had 17 points while Darius Garvin added 15 points, five boards, five steals and three assists. Jonas McCaig was other in double figures with 12 points.

Derek Marshall netted nine points while adding four assists and four steals, Sean Brown scored seven, Chris Rowe and Wyatt Martin had four points each while Hunter Thomas, Nate Niles, Jordan Henley and Devon Jackson had two points each.

Kevin Jensen led Candor with 15.

Notre Dame won the JV game in overtime 55-45 behind 17 points from Parker May.

The Crusaders will take on Edison next Thursday in the opening round of the Coaches vs Cancer Tournament at Southside high school.
