Williamsport defeated Aberdeen 8-6 on Sunday.

Williamsport struck for four runs in the top of the first inning. Andrew Knapps two-run single highlighted the scoring for the Cutters.

The Cutters added two more runs on a two-run triple by Justin Parr to make it 6-0 in the third inning.

In the bottom of the third inning, Aberdeen scored a run on an RBI single by Trey Mancini to make it 6-1

In the bottom of the fourth, Aberdeen plated another run when Mike Yastrzmski scored on a double play ball to make it 6-2.

Aberdeen struck for two in the fifth inning to make it 6-4.

Williamsport scored in the top of the sixth inning on a Zach Green RBI double to make it 7-4.

Aberdeen plated two more runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to make it 7-6.

In the top of the eighth inning, Logan Pierce's sacrifice fly to left brought home Zach Green to make it 8-6 Cutters.
