Kristyn Grunza recorded a hat-trick with three second half goals to rally Mansfield to 5-2 win over St. Michael's (VT) in the opening round of the Southern Connecticut Tournament Saturday afternoon in New Haven, CT.

Grunza also added an assist as Mansfield rallied from a 2-0 halftime deficit with five second half goals.

Also scoring goals for the Mountaineers were Kristy Tutorow and Danielle Hackenberg.

Mansfield improve to 1-1 on the season and plays host Southern Connecticut Sunday morning.
