The NTL West coaches named Liberty forward Cody Schmouder as their All-State selection.
The First Team includes forwards Schmouder and Northern Potter's Charles Plank and Matt Morgan; midfielders Liberty's Nathaniel Wilston, Wellsboro's Dan Brooks, Northern Potter's Hunter Hess, Galeton's Dan Hatch and Williamson's Logan Everett; fullbacks Liberty's Taylor Swingle and Jess Gregory, Wellsboro's Mitch Snyder, Northern Potter's A.J. Schweigart and Galeton's Zach Brown while the first team keeper is Williamson's Kyle Colegrove.
The Second Team is forwards Liberty's Peter Kutbay, Wellsboro's Dawson Prough and Galeton's Dakota Shadle; midfielders Liberty's James Walker, Wellsboro's Dylan Prough, Galeton's Kris Brumbach and Northern Potter's Tyler Cowburn and Luke Reisinger; fullbacks Liberty's Ben Wilson and Josh King, Wellsboro's Brandon Owlett and Northern Potter's Derek Craft and Aaron Olney while the keeper is Northern Potter's Dylan Walaski.
The honorable mention players are Galeton forward Chad Shuemaker; fullbacks Wellsboro's Gillian Alafoginis, Galeton's Hunter Rachiele and Northern Potter's Dakota Hall and Liberty goalie Jacob Spring.
