Mansfield University's Rachael Tylock (Penfield, N.Y./Penfield) will compete in the 20K racewalk at the 2013 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday, June 22 at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa.

The women's 20K racewalk final is set to start at 6:30 a.m. Saturday.

The four-day event is organized by USA Track and Field and serves as the national championships in track and field for the United States. The results of the event will determine qualification for the Team USA at the IAAF World Championships to be held in Moscow, Russia from August 10-18.

Tylock is one of just 10 athletes in the nation who have qualified for the championships in the 20K racewalk.

Last summer, Tylock represented Team USA at the NACAC U23 Championships in Guananjuato, Mexico where she won a silver medal in the 10K racewalk. A sophomore, Tylock holds MU records in the 5K and 10K racewalk events.

She was a two-time All-American racewalker in high school and finished third at the 2011 New Balance Indoor Nationals in the mile racewalk.
