The Mansfield University women's swim team has been selected to College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team honors for its dedication in the classroom during the fall 2012 semester.

The Team Scholar All-American award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams, who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The award is presented to teams achieving this standard in the fall semester and in the semester of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships (Winter/Spring).

The Mountaineers attained a team cumulative GPA of 3.15 which was the fourth highest of any Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) team on the CSCAA Scholar All-America list.

Mansfield swimming is under the direction of Kaymee Kelly who is in her first season at the helm of the Mountaineer program.
