NTL Player of the Year
- Corey Lewis (Senior, Wellsboro). Coach: Tim Frazier. Defended 2009 POY title by leading Hornets to its' second consecutive NTL golf championship. Led NTL with 75.43 average; medalist in three of seven NTL matches. Shot under 80 in six of seven NTL matches, including an NTL-best 68 at Tioga Country Club. Shot 69 and was first-day medalist at District IV Championships, and finished third overall to qualify for East Region Tournament. Qualified for PIAA Championships, where he finished 24th overall.

- Gavin Howe (Junior, Cowanesque Valley). Coach: Larry Moon. NTL average: 76.43. Three-time District IV second-day qualifier. Medalist four times in NTL matches. Five sub-80 rounds, with best round of 72 three times (River Valley, Tioga, Tomasso's). Was 2009 first-team selection.
- William Dietz (Senior, Mansfield). Coach: Rich Cole. NTL average: 82.43. Two-time District IV second-day qualifier. Low round of 79 twice (River Valley, Tioga). Best NTL finish: 3rd (four times). Was 2009 second-team selection.
- Troy Gordon (Senior, Towanda). Coach: Tim Farley. NTL average: 85.00. Three-time District IV qualifier. Low round of 79 (River Valley). Best NTL finish: 3rd (twice). Was 2009 second-team selection.
- Taylor Shattuck (Junior, Towanda). Coach: Tim Farley. NTL average: 85.67. First-year transfer student qualified for District IV tournament. Low round of 75 and was second overall at Tyoga CC.
- Rob Robbins (Senior, Northeast Bradford). Coach: Jim Schmieg. NTL average: 88.71. Qualified for second-day play at District IV Championships. Low NTL score: 82 at Tioga CC. Best NTL finish: 4th (Towanda and Tioga). Was NTL Most Improved Player in 2009.

Kyle Wilcox (Senior, Wellsboro). Coach: Tim Frazier. NTL average: 89.86. Two-time District IV qualifier. Low NTL round: 81 at Tomasso's. Best NTL finish: T4th (Tomasso's). Ranked 12th in 2009 NTL rankings.
Nick Spencer (Junior, Towanda). Coach: Tim Farley. NTL average: 90.43. Qualified for District IV Tournament. Low NTL round: 85 at Tyoga CC. Best NTL finish: 6th (twice). Was also named NTL Most Improved Player.
Shawn Geiser (Senior, Wellsboro). Coach: Tim Frazier. NTL average: 91.14. Qualified for District IV Tournament. Low NTL round: 86 at Tomasso's. Best NTL finish: 7th (Tioga CC). Was 2009 all-NTL second-team selection.
Brandon Osgood (Junior, Wellsboro). Coach: Tim Frazier. NTL average: 92.86. Two-time District IV qualifier. Low NTL round of 91 (Towanda and Corey Creek). Best NTL finish: 6th (Shepard Hills). Was 2009 second-team selection.
Dakota Ruef (Sophomore, Northern Tioga). Coach: Larry Moon. NTL average: 93.71. Two-time District IV qualifier. Low round: 87 (Tomasso's). Best NTL finish: 6th (Shepard Hills). Ranked 26th in NTL in 2009.

NTL Most Improved Player
- Nick Spencer (Towanda). Coach: Tim Farley. Improved NTL average 11 shots per round in 2009, to 90.43. Improved NTL ranking 16 spots, to 8th. Was second in voting for NTL Most Improved Player in 2009.
NTL Rookie of the Year
- David Rodenhizer (Freshman, Towanda). Coach: Tim Farley. Averaged 94.20 in five NTL matches, narrowly missing all-NTL honors. Ranked 12th in NTL play. Qualified for District IV tournament. Low round of 89 at District IV Tournament. Best NTL finish: 8th at Towanda.
NTL Coaches' Award
- Cameron Bolton (Senior, Northeast Bradford). Coach: Jim Schmieg. Four-year starter for Panthers. Improved scoring average 28 shots in career, with a senior average of 102.43 (28th ranked in NTL). Qualified for District IV Championships. Recognized by NTL coaches for sportsmanship, outstanding attitude and overcoming adversity. Low round of 94 at Tioga CC. Best NTL finish: 9th at Tioga.
