A limited amount of openings are still available for Mansfield University's Steve Zegalia Memorial Golf Tournament to be held on July 13 at the Corey Creek Golf Course.

"We've had a very positive response from former players and supporters of the football program," said tournament director Steve McCloskey. "We still have openings available and would encourage anyone interested in playing to pre-register to ensure they have a place in the tournament."

The tournament costs $100 per player or $85 if you are a Corey Creek member. The entry fee includes greens fees and cart along with a post-tournament meal and beverages. Non-golfers can participate for $25 which includes dinner.

Out of town guest can stay on campus in one of the new air-conditioned residence halls for $40 per night. There will be a practice round on Friday afternoon followed by a social hour for early arrivals.

The tournament is named in honor of former Mansfield University assistant football coach Steve Zegalia who passed away suddenly in 2003.
