TOWANDA - The Towanda boys track and field team got a pair of wins on Friday, while the Wyalusing girls came away with a 2-0 day as the Black Knights ran the first varsity race on their track since it was resurfaced.

For the boys Towanda had 108.5, Wylausing had 65 and Northern Tioga had 15.5. On the girls side Wyalusing had 89, Towanda had 72 and Northern Tioga had 28.

For the boys Wyalusing's team of Matt and Aaron Woodruff, Zamien Benditt-Parkes and Brandon Kelley won the 3200 relay in 8:53.67. In the 110 hurdles Towanda's Stephen Seibert won in 17.86, followed by the Black Knights' Blake Burlingame in 18.36 and Steven Yates in 18.48.

Charlie Kerin of Towanda won the 100 in 11.45, followed by Dylan Cleveland of Northern Tioga in 11.67 and Trey Sites of Towanda in 11.80.

Aaron Valoroso won the 1600 in 4:37.70, followed by Benditt-Parkes in 5:04.29 and Simon Smith of Towanda in 5:14.20.

In the high jump Joel Miller of Towanda won at 5-feet, 10-inches, followed by Chris Davis of Northern Tioga at 5-feet, 6-inches and Dalton Claupein of Towanda at 5-feet, 6-inches.

In the javelin Jonah Shotwell of Wyalusing won at 160-feet, 10-inches, Joey Daniello of Towanda was second at 137-feet, 2-inches and Clint Crawford of Wyalusing was at 134-feet, 5-inches.

In the 400 Kerin won in 52.26, followed by Steven Vogel of Towanda in 53.33 and Trey Sites of Towanda in 54.45.

Tim Ace of Wyalusing won the long jump at 19-feet, 7 1/2-inches, followed by Miller at 18-feet, 8 1/2-inches and Burlingame at 17-feet, 8-inches.

Yates, Vogel, Sites and Kerin won the 400 relay in 46.86. In the 300 hurdles Seibert won at 44.70, followed by Yates at 46.95 and Mike Caine of Towanda at 48.25.

In the 800 Aaron Woodruff won in 2:11.01 and Valoroso was second in 2:12.2, followed by Wyalusing's Kelley in 2:19.20.

In the 200 Vogel won in 23.61, followed by Cleveland in 24.26 and Ace in 24.54.

Ryan Davis of Wyalusing won the triple jump at 38-feet, 9 1/2-inches, followed by Burlingame at 37-feet, 11 1/2-inches and Matt Woodruff at 36-feet, 10 1/2-inches.

Simon Smith won the 3200 in 10:41.77, followed by Valoroso in 10:42.22 and Benditt-Parkes in 10:55.30.

Vogel, Sites, Austin Schoonover and Kerin won the 1600 relay for Towanda in 3:54.51.

Jeremy Allyn of Wyalusing won the shot at 45-feet, Evan Madill of Towanda was at 43-feet, 11 1/2-inches and Kaleb Rice of Northern Tioga at 41-feet, 10-inches.

Allyn won the discus at 133-feet, 7-inches, followed by Towanda's Dalton Schultz at 115-feet, 4-inches and Jim Tice of Towanda at 106-feet, 5-inches.

Dustin Kaufmann of Wyalusing won the pole vault at 10-feet, 6-inches, followed by Towanda's Mason Monahan at 10-feet, 6-inches and Anthony Daniello at 10-feet.

For the girls Towanda's team of Katelin Purdy, Victoria Ackley, Destiny Foster and Bella Sedor won the 3200 relay in 10:54.13 and in the 100 hurdles Morgan Doerner of Wyalusing won in 19.26, followed by Divya Patel of Towanda in 19.82 and Delana Szemple of Wyalusing in 20.95.

Northern Tioga's Ryan Hughes won the long jump at 15-feet, 5 1/2-inches, followed by Patel at 14-feet, 1/2-inches and Savannah Schools of Wyalusing at 14-feet, 1/2-inches.

In the 100 Morgan Sutton of Wyalusing won in 12.98, followed by Towanda's Hailey Innocenzo at 13.61 and Kaci Woznicki of Wyalusing at 13.77.

Erika Huffman of Wyalusing won the 1600 in 5:24.58, followed by Towanda's Destiny Foster (5:46.09) and Jazzy Reyes (6:36.30).

In the 400 Hughes won in 1:05.01, followed by teammate Hayley Painter in 1:07.07 and Julia Lambert of Towanda in 1:12.9.

Morgan Dreisch of Towanda won the javelin at 85-feet, 9-inches, followed by Cassie Nedley of Wyalusing at 85-feet, 4-inches and Wyalusing's Abby Borel at 79-feet, 4-inches.

Shelby Burgess, Morgan Sutton, Kayleen Sutton and Woznicki won the 400 relay for Wyalusing in 54.95 and in the 300 hurdles Towanda's Kayla Brown won in 54.13, followed by Innocenzo in 54.98 and Roni Morrison of Wyalusing in 55.77.

Schools won the triple jump at 32-feet, 7-inches, followed by Hughes (31-feet, 5-inches) and Risch (30-feet, 7 1/2-inches).

Huffman won the 800 in 2:27.83, followed by Ackley (2:37.48) and Purdy (2:41.04).

In the 200 Woznicki won in 30.06, followed by Towanda's Marissa Paulish in 31.30 and Tess Frank of Northern Tioga in 31.39.

Innocenzo won the high jump at 5-feet, followed by Lambert and Painter each at 4-feet, 8-inches.

In the 3200 Foster won in 12:27.11, followed by Wyalusing's Emily Edwards in 15:24.51 and Nikki Womer of Northern Tioga in 15:24.77.

In the 1600 relay Burgess, Morgan Sutton, Morrison and Huffman won in 4:43.09.

Renee Farman of Northern Tioga won the shot at 26-feet, 8-inches, followed by Szemple at 25-feet, 5-inches and Dreisch at 25-feet, 2-inches.

Sarah LaFrance won the discus at 72-feet, 10-inches, followed by teammate Bailey Smith (68-feet, 5-inches) and Towanda's Ria Patel (65-feet, 5-inches).

Jessica Carr of Wyalusing won the pole vault at 8-feet, 6-inches, followed by Wyalusing's Alicia Tewksbury at 7-feet, 6-inches and Brown of Towanda at 6-feet, 6-inches.
