Troy's Casey Norton is the 2012 girls' All-Region Runner of the Year and headlines The Daily and Sunday Review All-Region girls' cross-country team.

Norton was the District IV champion and finished third in the state.

The All-Region Coach of the Year is Wellsboro's Thomas Slichter as his team won the District IV Class A team title despite missing some key runners.

The All-Region Rookie of the Year is Northeast Bradford's Lydia Werner. The freshman was a state medalist in her first varsity season.

The First Team consists of Norton, Werner, Wyalusing's Erika Huffman and Towanda's Destiny Foster and Katelin Purdy.

The Second Team is Mansfield's Violet Learn and Simone Lichty, Wellsboro's Jordyn Coffee and Jada Jackson and Sayre's Katie Hurley.

The Third Team consists of Waverly's Kaylee Uhl, Sayre's Molly O'Hara and Katherine Porter, Towanda's Danielle Zatkos and Athens' Paige Bennett.
