Kaylee Uhl had a second-place finish to pace the Wolverines at an age-group meet at Cornell on Saturday.

Uhl was second in the 600 in 1:46.63 and Sidney Shaffer took fourth in the 55 hurdles in 10.48 and fourth in the pole vault at 7-feet, 6-inches in the 9-10 grade category.

In 11th-12th grade Liia Carpenter was fourth in the 55 in 7.78 and Sam Goble took third in the 600 in a season-best 1:45.84, while Katelyn Moore was fifth in 1:47.75.

Shelby Tubbs took fifth in the 55 hurdles in a season-best 10.29. Uhl, Carpenter, Goble and Moore took fifth in the distance medley relay in 13:49.80.

For the boys in 11th-12th grade Randy Chandler was fourth in the 3200 in a season-best 10:57 and Chandler, Dan Hyland, Rich Northrup and Colin Traub took sixth in the distance-medley relay in 12:02.66.

Waverly and Notre Dame are at the last age group meet on Friday at Ithaca College.
