The Waverly boys swim team improved to 9-4 on the year with a 72-22 victory at Southern Cayuga on Tuesday.

Waverly won all 11 events and had 1-2 finishes in six of 11 events.

Captains John Hallett, Josh Mastrantuono and Brighton Wood were all quadruple winners.

Caleb Jenkins, Tanner Burt, Wood and Fred Miller won the 200 medley relay in 2:00.2 and in the 200 free Mike Girolamo won in 2:14.2, followed by Gary Moorehead in 2:15.5.

Mastrantuono won the 200 IM in 2:22.4, followed by Burt in 2:32.9.

Wood won the 50 free in 24.5 and Hallett won the 100 fly in 1:00.1, followed by Girolamo in 1:11.8.

Mastrantuono won the 100 free in 53.5 and Jenkins took third in 1:00.9 and in the 500 free Moorehead won in 6:05.6, followed by Brandon Whitley in 6:31.

In the 200 free relay Wood, Mastrantuono, Jenkins and Hallett won in 1:42.5 and Hallett won the 100 back in 1:00.9 with Jenkins taking third in 1:16.1.

Wood won the 100 breast in 1:08.9 and Burt was second in 1:13.2.

Mastrantuono, Burt, Jenkins and Hallett won the 400 free relay in 3:59.8.

Waverly's final dual meet of the season is Monday against Watkins Glen. The meet is parents and senior night.
