Williamsport fell to Brooklyn 9-4.

Williamsport took an early 2-0 lead over the Cyclones in the second inning when Samuel Hiciano hit a two run home run. It was Hiciano's third home run of the season and second home run in as many nights.

The Cutters added to their lead in the third when Zach Green plated a run with a RBI single to make it 3-0 Cutters.

Brooklyn would get on the board in the fifth inning when James Roche drove a Julio Reyes offering over the left field wall to plate a pair and make it 3-2.

In the sixth inning, Williamsport got a run back when Justin Parr doubled home a run to make it 4-2 in favor of the Cutters.

Brooklyn exploded in the seventh inning for five runs, all coming with two outs in the inning. Colton Plaia doubled in a run to make it 4-3. Jonathan Clark tripled in two to give the Cyclones a 5-4 lead. Gavin Cecchini continued the scoring on the inning with a single that made it 6-4. The final run of the inning was scored on a LJ Mazzilli triple to make it 7-4.

Brooklyn added two more insurance runs in the eighth inning. Anthony Chavez singled in a run to make it 8-4. The final run scored when Jonathan Clark singled in a run to make it 9-4. Both runs were scored with two outs in the inning.
